Your Apartment

Our homes provide self-contained affordable accommodation and security for you to enjoy life and independence at your own pace. Our dedicated Extra Care team are available to provide personal care and support 24/7 to anyone who has been assessed as having a need. Our purpose built apartments for the over 60s benefit from:

Services and Communal Facilities

All our apartment blocks have their own co-ordinators who are happy to offer assistance as and when required to enable you to manage your tenancy. They can help you to report repairs as well as ensure the apartment complex has a vibrant social environment. Most also have a caretaker service on offer. The caretaker service can take away the hassle and worry of small jobs around your home. All our properties also have secure door entry system and a 24 hour emergency alarm service if you ever require it. Our services and communal facilities for the 0ver 60s also include:

Jigsaw Rewards

Jigsaw Rewards is an innovative online tenant engagement programme that encourages our tenants to provide regular feedback on services and plans for the future.  Jigsaw Rewards allows you to take part in as many or as few activities as you like and at a time that it is convenient to you.

In return, you will receive points which can be exchanged for high-street gift vouchers or credits towards your rent account.

Online Services

Our online services allow you to pay your rent, report a repair and contact us via webchat if you have any queries regarding your home, giving you peace of mind.

Neighbourhood Services

Our neighbourhood service consists of the following three teams:

  • Tenancy Matters. Dealing with anything relating to tenancies and neighbourhood management that cannot be resolved by Connect at the first point of contact.
  • Neighbourhood Engagement. Dealing with neighbourhood plans, Jigsaw Rewards, Jigsaw Foundation (launching soon), scrutiny, and resident involvement.
  • Neighbourhood Safety. Managing anti-social behaviour, enforcement and prevention, perpetrator support, and safeguarding.

Jigsaw has already made positive steps towards empowering tenants and the engagement team will continue to work on projects like Jigsaw Rewards and Jigsaw Foundation, a scheme to award community grants.
