Offices and Customer Hubs closed to the public
Please do not visit our offices. In light of the Government’s latest announcements about limiting social contact due to the spread of Coronavirus, we have closed our offices and Customer Hubs to the public. If you have an urgent need to contact us during this time, please call us or chat with us on our website.
We are committed to providing an excellent service to our customers. However, we realise that things can occasionally go wrong.

If this happens to you or if you feel our service doesn’t meet your expectations, then we want you to let us know and we will always try to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
Contacting us out of hours
Our connect contact service is open to take calls Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm. We understand that these times are not convenient for everyone, or that something very urgent may occur when our daytime contact service is not available. To report a situation outside of our office hours that needs an emergency response, call our Connect number 0115 905 1515 or 0300 011 1144.
Mystery shopper results
Every quarter we evaluate how well we are doing in managing your contact with us whether it is by phone, chat or our online portal. We do this using Jigsaw Rewards where our tenants take part in a mystery shopping exercise. We then publish the results every quarter.
