How can we help you today?
Paying your rent
There are various ways to pay your rent, depending on your preferences and situation. To stay on top of your rent account, we suggest that you sign up to our customer hub, which allows you to view your rent statement 24/7.
Falling behind with your rent
The rent we charge is vital to running the services we provide for residents, repairing and refurbishing your home, and providing new homes. Therefore we take rent arrears very seriously.

We recognise the need to help our residents maintain prompt and regular payments, preventing them from getting into rent arrears. It is important to understand that all tenants must pay their rent in full and on time. Most of our residents do pay their rent on time, but sometimes payments are missed.
Money advice
Our Money Advice team is here to provide free and impartial advice on budgeting and money management, debt, rent matters, and a whole host of issues arising from welfare reforms.

Whether you’re in employment or in receipt of benefit payments, money issues can affect anyone. We’ve provided a range of tools and information to help you manage your money and make sure you’re receiving all the benefits you’re entitled to.
How we set your rent and service charges
Our rents are set according to an established Government framework, which all social landlords and registered providers must follow when setting their rents. The way our rents are calculated differs slightly whether the property is for social rent, affordable rent, shared ownership or fair rent.

Service charges are the costs involved in providing a service to a property, estate or scheme, such as caretaking, lift maintenance, gardening of communal areas etc.
