Jigsaw Achieves 13th CCA Accreditation

Jigsaw Homes’ customer contact service Connect has achieved CCA (Customer Contact Association) Accreditation for the 13th year in a row.

CCA measures an organisation’s customer service strategy, how easy it is for customers to get in touch and provides a foundation for building better customer experience in a digital world.

The accreditation involves an assessment carried out by an independent team of qualified assessors who commented that the contact centre had ‘a tremendous tenant and colleague focus, and it operates as a much-valued operation, within a superbly forward focused organisation.’

The assessment highlighted Connect’s key strengths; focus on customer experience, robust processes, various improvement initiatives, projects and colleagues’ commitment.

Tracey Adu, Assistant Director of Corporate Services (Contact Centre) said: “We are delighted to achieve our accreditation for the 13th year which demonstrates our commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
